    Q. Who do I call if there is a problem with my bill?

    A. If there are any problems with your bill, please call our billing office at 1-866-945-2769.

    Q. What should I ask my insurance company?

    A. Individual insurance policies vary and while our office staff will help you with certain issues, it is your responsibility to know exactly what coverage you have. Important questions to have answers to are – Does your insurance cover well care visits? Does your insurance cover immunizations? Do you have a copay? Do you have a deductible?

    Q. When do I need to add my child to my insurance policy?

    A. You should contact your insurance company as soon as possible after the birth of your child. To avoid potential problems, we recommend that you do this within 48 hours of your child’s birth. Most insurance policy companies allow no more than 30 days from the child’s birth date to add him or her to your policy.
